By accessing or purchasing from reveal.pk, whether through our website or via WhatsApp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

Our website and products are intended for use by individuals aged 18 years or older, or by minors under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, phone number, delivery address) is accurate and belongs to you.

3. Products & Ingredient Claims

All Reveal products are formulated to be steroid-free, mercury-free, and lab-tested. Full ingredient lists are listed clearly on each product page. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual packaging may vary slightly.

• All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
• We strongly recommend a patch test 24 hours before full application of any new skincare product.
• Results vary by individual skin type. Product pages describe typical use and expected timelines, not guaranteed outcomes.
• If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as shown on the product page at the time of your order.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.
• Prices, bundle offers, and delivery charges may change at any time without prior notice. The price shown on the product page at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
• For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

• Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp.
• We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners such as TCS and Leopards Courier. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days depending on your location.
• You may cancel or modify your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
• Repeated refusal of COD deliveries without valid reason may affect your ability to place future orders with us.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless proven defective. 7. Promotions & Discount Codes

• Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
• Each code is valid for a limited time and may only be used once per customer unless otherwise stated.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to cancel any promotional campaign or reject discount code misuse at our discretion.

8. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected through our website or via WhatsApp, such as your name, phone number, and delivery address, is used only to process and deliver your order and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on reveal.pk, including our logo, product names, packaging design, photography, and written content, is the property of Reveal Pakistan and is protected under applicable trademark and copyright law. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Reveal Pakistan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to skin reactions from misuse, delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, or website downtime. Our products are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of reveal.pk will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to reveal.pk/terms-of-use/. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
